Return and Exchange Policy — VIADALINNO
At VIADALINNO, every creation is crafted and packaged with the utmost care. We want every purchase to be a satisfying experience.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product.
Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send written communication within 14 days of delivery to the following address:
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item, using the same payment method as the original one.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We only accept items:
– not worn
– unwashed
– in original condition
– complete with original packaging
– with intact protective seal
Each item is carefully checked and documented during quality control and packaging.
If the product shows signs of use or the seal is removed or damaged, VIADALINNO reserves the right to withhold an amount proportionate to the decrease in value of the item, as required by current legislation.
Product Change
The customer can request a size or model change within 14 days of delivery, subject to item availability.
Exclusions
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products made to the customer's specific request.
