We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if in any case you are dissatisfied, we will be more than happy to assist you with a return and/or exchange.
Our items are crafted in limited quantities, so we kindly ask that returns and exchanges adhere to the following guidelines and time frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items on sale, those missing tags, or any merchandise that has been used or washed.

Returns
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition and in its original packaging. Please note that due to our free shipping policy, exchanges can only be initiated twice.
For returns requested beyond the initial 10-day period after delivery, we are pleased to offer store credit where applicable.
UNITED STATES: The buyer is responsible for covering all shipping expenses for returned items. Upon request via email, our customer service team will provide a return label. A $15 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued upon receipt of the returned item(s).
INTERNATIONAL: The buyer bears all shipping costs for returned items, and we cannot be held liable for any loss of goods during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Returned items should be sent to the mailing address provided below.
Refunds (if applicable)
Beyond the initial 10 days following delivery, we do not provide refunds. However, we are more than happy to offer store credit or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of delivery if the buyer wishes to return them. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, our Customer Service Department will promptly email you to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
In the event that your refund request is rejected (typically due to the item being used, washed, or damaged), we will return your package to you. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges
Kindly note that exchanges are not accepted after the initial 15 days following delivery.
The buyer is responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with exchanged goods. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for any loss of goods during the exchange process. For added peace of mind, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly suggest first checking your bank account for any updates. It's possible that there may be a delay in the posting of your refund. We recommend reaching out to your credit card company as well, as they may also require some processing time before your refund is officially reflected.
Additionally, we advise contacting your bank to inquire about any potential processing delays on their end. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to reach out to us irinaviada@viadalinno.com. We are here to assist you and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
Pre-Order Items:
You may notice some designs marked with pre-order tags. This indicates that the specified item will be meticulously crafted by our skilled sewing master upon receiving your order request. Please note that delivery may require an additional 5-10 days, as pre-order items are customized for you. It's important to understand that pre-order items are non-refundable.
Free Shipping
If, according to the store's terms and conditions, you are entitled to free shipping in the event that a customer refuses to accept the package or is unavailable for delivery after the order is placed, resulting in the package being returned to our facilities, our company will request payment for the agreed amount as well as any additional costs and expenses incurred, including transportation and related expenses due to non-receipt by the buyer. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. However, we are happy to offer store credit for your purchase!
Black Friday, Cyber Monday, & Eid Sales
During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Eid Sales, we do not provide cash refunds; instead, we offer store credit. Please be aware that all shipping costs for returning or exchanging goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding and support.
